A Corporate Legal Advisor or a Compliance Officer ensures that all corporate processes and procedures comply with the law. They are responsible for ensuring compliance with internal standards as well. In the absence of a compliance officer, companies run the risk of violating applicable laws and regulations, thus exposing themselves to potential reputational damages and fines.

3. For admissions into Law colleges, you must qualify entrance exams such as CLAT, AILET, LSAT, MH CET Law, TS LAWCET, AP LAWCET, DU LLB, PU LLB, SLS AIAT
